  4. You don’t need to respond to every email.
  5. Create Templates for those repetitive emails that you send.
  6. Read the emails that are relevant [Organize them into folders, read when you absolutely need to].
  7. Structure your email by categories [use folders/labels and hierarchy structure to your benefit.

  9. Use the 1-minute rule when replying
  10. Limit the time you spend in your inbox
  11. Be Ruthless – Unsubscribe from the email you don’t read.
