Resolutions? Yeah, I’m usually not one to really focus on them or set them, but this year I feel different.
Back in July, I started with a new team, supporting a Corporate Vice President, so with this new role came more responsibility, which is what I was looking for. Along with that, I started blogging a bit more and decided to start a podcast, because you know, I’m not busy enough 😉
So 2019 needs to be the year I set and accomplish my resolutions and goals.
My Resolutions are:
- Healthy Mind & Body
- Organized Life
- Stop Comparing Myself to Others
- Continue to Be My Authentic Self
- Keep it Moving
- Stay Accountable
As I thought more about my resolutions, I thought more about how I will complete each resolution and keep them.
Healthy Mind & Body:
- Wake up early
- Read 1 book per month
- Attend at least 1 new training per month
- Eat Healthier
- Go to the Gym at least 3 times per week
Organized Life:
- Clean out & Organize ALL closets
- Clean out & Organize Garage (with husband’s help of course)
- Donate or Toss items
- Bring something in, take something out
- Organize bills, create a bill paying station in the office
Stop Comparing Myself to Others:
- Don’t worry about what is posted on social media
- Create my own memories
- Keep doing my thing
Continue to Be My Authentic Self:
- Keep it Real
- Continue to Love
- Be Me
- Remember, people love you (yes, I’m looking into a mirror as I type this) LOL
Keep it Moving:
- Plow through my goals, tasks and keep it moving to the next
Stay Accountable:
- Motivate me
- Stay on Task
- See the big picture
- Know that doing these things will make my life better in the long run
What are your goals? How will you accomplish them?
